Before joining us, make sure you understand our goals and ideals. Functioning as a guild is important to advancing ourselves individually in WAR. In order to do so, we help each other with regards to getting everyone up to fighting standard. This means, helping out on a given run, even if you dont need it, will contribute to advancing as a guild and ultimately advancing your own character. eg: From that run crafting materials will be obtained which will later be used to provide you with free enhancement components.
